Once you've purchased you'll receive a short questionnaire to complete about your business, your goals and your website. I'll carry out your full audit and deliver everything to you within 5 to 7 working days.

These terms apply to the purchase of The Pretty Powerful Website Audit offered by Monroe Creative (Tamsin Rennie, sole trader), referred to throughout as "Monroe Creative," "I" or "me."
The service
The Pretty Powerful Website Audit is a professional review of up to 5 pages of your website, covering user experience, visual aesthetic, content and messaging, and SEO and technical functionality. Your audit includes a written report, annotated screenshots, a short personal video walkthrough and a prioritised action plan.
The specific pages reviewed will be those specified in your client questionnaire, or selected by me based on your goals if no preference is given.
Questionnaire and turnaround
Your audit will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days of receipt of your completed client questionnaire. The turnaround period begins when I receive your questionnaire, not at the point of purchase. If your questionnaire is not received within 30 days of purchase, I reserve the right to treat the booking as lapsed.
If you have a specific deadline, please mention it at the time of booking and I will do my best to accommodate it, though this cannot be guaranteed.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are stated in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Refunds and cancellations
Due to the nature of this service, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once payment has been received. This applies whether or not your questionnaire has been submitted or your audit has been started.
If you have any concerns prior to submitting your questionnaire, please get in touch and I will always do my best to help.
Delivery
Your completed audit will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase. I cannot be held responsible for documents not received due to incorrect contact details or email filters.
Use of your audit
Your audit is prepared specifically for your business and is intended for your personal use only. It may not be resold, shared publicly or reproduced without prior written permission from Monroe Creative.
Credit toward a Monroe Creative project
The cost of your audit (£295) may be applied as a credit toward a Monroe Creative Custom Brand or Website project if booked within one month of your audit delivery date. This credit cannot be exchanged for cash and applies to new project bookings only.
Intellectual property
All content, methodology and materials produced by Monroe Creative as part of your audit remain the intellectual property of Monroe Creative until full payment has been received, at which point the written report and associated materials are yours to use as described above.
Limitation of liability
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of your audit, Monroe Creative cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from implementing the recommendations provided. The audit represents professional opinion and guidance based on the information available at the time of review.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
