Feel free to book a complimentary consultation to chat through your project. Alternatively, you can complete the initial booking enquiry and we’ll determine if we’re a good fit to work together. I’ll then create a bespoke project proposal for you to approve.

With all your answers in hand, we’ll get together for a deep-dive video or audio call to delve into the project (or I know a great coffee spot if you’re local!) and discuss all important details. For Branding projects, I'll start crafting designs tailored to your brand and present you with 1-2 distinct design concepts. For Website projects I'll present you with 1-2 creative direction routes, including initial design concepts in the form of mood boards, accompanied by mock-up website pages to give you a visual representation of how your online home could look. This will be your chance to choose the direction that resonates with you the most and share any feedback for me to move ahead and build the magic.

It's time to bring the magic to life! We’ll get your project scheduled in and I’ll send over your contract. I’ll just need a non-refundable deposit of 40% to secure your spot in my calendar. You’ll then gain access to your dedicated client portal where you can complete an in-depth design questionnaire, share your Pinterest inspiration board and upload your content to help me truly get to the heart of your brand. As a special touch, you’ll also receive a curated luxury welcome gift, tailored just for you, because I want to make sure that every step of our collaboration is enjoyable and memorable!

With your chosen design concept in mind, I’ll develop a fully cohesive story. For branding projects this will include the full brand identity along with submarks, palettes, icons and typography. For website projects, you’ll be presented with a fully functioning (but not yet live) website to explore and delight in. You can provide up to two rounds of feedback, after which I’ll refine the designs. We’ll make sure the final brand design truly represents your unique magic. Once it has your seal of approval, you’ll have full access to your brand-new website and be ready to share your magic with the world.

Launch!

Branding clients: Your brand identity is now ready to share with the world. On receipt of the final balance payment, you’ll be able to download your full branding pack and confidently embark on your journey to make a lasting impression. May I suggest a glass of fizz to celebrate the start of something magical? Bon voyage!
Website clients: It’s finally time to share your beautiful new website with the world - cue the confetti (or champagne!). After I’ve received your balance payment, I’ll give you a handover and brief video tour of your new online home, along with your own personal user guide for any updates you might need to add in the future. I’ll be available on email for up to two weeks should any queries arise. (Don’t panic - if the thought of delving into the back end of a website fills you with dread, I’m bookable at an hourly rate to make updates to your website in the future!)
