  • You’ll receive everything you need for a cohesive, professional brand identity. This includes a customised logo suite (primary logo, alternate logo and submark/icon), a tailored colour palette, a curated typography system and a mini brand style guide to ensure consistency across all your visuals. You’ll also get branded graphics featuring carefully selected images to complement your brand, along with all the essential file types (PNG, JPEG and vector formats) for print and digital use along with a mini guide on how to use each file type.   • Due to licensing terms, font files are not included in your package. I’ll provide you with links to purchase your own licenses. Most fonts used range from a one-time fee of £10 to £35. Please get in touch if you’d like to enquire about the font licensing costs for a specific brand kit.

  • The files provided to you in SVG format allow you the option to change colours using Canva or a design programme such as Adobe Illustrator. All fonts are provided as outlined vector files and cannot be edited. This ensures your brand assets maintain their integrity and consistency.

  • Yes! You can choose to keep the colours in the existing brand kit or you can send me over your preferred colour palette and I will edit the design. You will also receive colour guidance upon purchase which will help you determine the perfect palette for your brand. 

  • Your brand name, tagline (if applicable), colour palette and imagery will all be tailored to your business. Fonts and graphics, however, will remain as they are in the original design. I’ll guide all customisations to ensure your brand suite perfectly reflects your values and personality.

  • You’ll receive your initial design proof within one week of completing your brand questionnaire.

FAQs

  • This package includes one round of revisions to refine your logo design. Revisions can include adjusting text alignment, modifying elements or removing parts of the design. However, adding entirely new elements or customisations isn’t included. Additional revisions can be made at £75 per hour.

  • As these are customised digital products, all purchases are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Each semi-custom brand suite is sold only three times to ensure your business maintains a distinct and unique identity.

  • Your branding files are designed to be imported into Canva (Pro subscription required), making it easy to create consistent social media graphics and marketing materials. If you’d prefer a professional touch, I offer bespoke design services, including a Social Media Starter Pack starting at £250. Feel free to reach out to me via email for a personalised quote.

  • I’m happy to help guide you! Email me or use the contact form to get in touch and we can discuss which design best aligns with your business and goals.

  • All files are compatible with platforms like Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, giving you flexibility to use your branding across various tools. You’ll also receive web-ready versions of all files, ensuring they can be effortlessly uploaded to your website design for a polished, professional online presence.

Terms & Conditions

Due to the digital nature of this product, there are strictly no refunds and all sales are final.

Font licenses or font files are not included within the package due to font licensing laws and must be purchased separately. Links to the fonts will be provided and most fonts chosen are an affordable, one-time fee usually ranging from £10-£30 each.

All designs are copyright Monroe Creative and are for personal use in your business only. They must not be copied, resold or distributed in any form.

Each brand kit includes one round of revisions after you’ve received the initial logo designs for approval. Additional revisions will be charged at £75 per revision round.

Revisions can include changing the alignment of fonts or elements, and/or removing text/design elements. No new elements or customisations can be added to the logo design.
